称心常识网英语作文投诉信
投诉信和前面写的几个信体不同。前面几个信体在某种程度上可以说是属于同一类，都是有一个一来一回的过程，也就是先要说收到对方的来信，然后说自己写信的目的。投诉信有点不同，这个仅仅是单方面写信给别人（这个别人一般是店家、产品经理、餐馆老板等等）。
一般投诉都是你享受某个服务或者是拿到一个产品以后产生不满意的想法，比如今天餐厅的饭没有以前好吃啊，服务员的态度没有那么礼貌呀，或者是你在网上购物买到了品控不过关的产品导致使用体验差等等。这就是导致你写这封投诉信的原因。
但是既然是信体。对应文体该有的礼貌还是要有的。行文语言要客气、客观陈述文体，正确表达自己的想法，然后抱着想找到一个和平解决方案的态度去与对方进行协商交流。
一封投诉信的结构。
开头段：写信目的（投诉）
中间段：阐述受害细节、总述问题带来不便
结尾段：提出合理建议并期待对方尽快回信
Dear XXX：
开头段：
开门见山直接说你写信的目的是为了投诉。
①I am happy that I receive the package this morning but it is a pity that there exists something wrong with the machine.
我很高兴今天早上收到包裹，但遗憾的是机器出了问题。
②I am delighted that I received the TV set this morning, but something unexpected happened and I am writing to catch your attention on it.
我很高兴今天早上收到电视机，但是发生了一些意外的事情，我写信是想引起你对这件事的注意。
③I feel sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a serious complaint about…….(你要投诉的内容)
很抱歉打扰你，但恐怕我得对……提出一个严重的投诉…
④I venture to write to complain about……
我冒昧写信抱怨…
⑤I am more than reluctant（不情愿的） to disturb you but I sincerely hope （that） you can pay attention to the fault that…..
我非常不愿意打扰你，但我真诚地希望你能注意到…
⑥I feel it a reluctance to write this letter to express / convey / extend my dissatisfaction / disappointment concerning / with regard to / regarding …..我不愿意写这封信来表达/传达/表达我对……的不满/失望….
⑦I have to make a complaint about … even it is a little bit interruptive to you.
我得投诉…即使是有点打扰你。
中间段：
开始具体阐述，这些你遇到的问题，给你带来的不好影响和麻烦
⑧The reasons for my dissatisfaction lies upon three points.

（开始用自己的结构，来套用你的不便）

结尾段：

因此，我想要么换另外一个….运行正常的或者全额退款。

点拨：
在前一期推文里我们讲了SCQA模型。这个表达模型在陈述相应事情时非常好用，而恰巧，在投诉信里就刚好涉及到具体投诉事情相关细节的阐述，那么这里我们可以选择使用SCQA模型进行表达。
废话不多说，我来给大家演示一段。
S：Under considerable studying pressure, I want to get a electronic product which is expected to give me some support in my study, such as searching information and some answers for my homework.
C：Therefore, I bought a laptop from your website last week, but instead of bringing me convenience, it caused me a lot of trouble. I hava some trouble typing because a part of the keyboard is inexplicably invalid and the screen makes it hard for me to recognize the words.
这些话写在中间段是很不错的选择。其实其实这句话写出来大家也能发现，关于S（背景）这个部分也是可写可不写。因为高中的作文还是主要追求短平快。在仅有的100词里把所有要点都扣到的话，中间段可以开门见山直接说自己遇到的麻烦，也就是C（矛盾）。
至于A（解决策略）呢，就安排到最后一段。一般来说题目中会给足够的信息，如果说题目中就给了一个故障让你写，你其实也可以在中间段加上我前面例句写到的S（背景）部分，然后详细展开矛盾部分和带给自己的麻烦。
